US Beef Outlook - August 2010

In 2010, 2.19 billion lbs of US beef are forecast to be exported, as exports to Japan and South Korea are providing the most momentum in the US beef export market, according to the USDA Economic Research Service (ERS) August 2010 Livestock, Dairy and Poultry Outlook.
